OSHA Membership Information
OSHA offers four membership categories, based on an applicant's credentials and experience:
Voting Member
$75 annual dues
Voting members are speech-language pathologists, SLPAs &/or audiologists who hold a master's degree or higher.
All applicants requesting voting membership must submit one of the following:
a. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
b. Oklahoma License from Board of Examiners for Speech Pathology and Audiology
c. Official University transcript showing master’s degree
Affiliate Member
$70 annual dues
Non-Voting Affiliate members are Audiology Assitants, School-based Bachelor Therapists with Standard Certificates, &/or Deaf Educators.
All applicants requesting non-voting associate status must submit one of the following:
a. Oklahoma License from Board of Examiners for Speech Pathology and Audiology
b. Current Oklahoma standard teaching certificate
c. Official transcript showing degree conferred
Student Member
$20 annual dues
Student members are either undergraduate or graduate students attending an accredited SLP/Audiology program at a college or university.
STUDENT MEMBERS WHO CONVERT TO FULL MEMBERSHIP WILL RECEIVE A ONE-TIME $5 DISCOUNT FOR EACH YEAR OF STUDENT MEMBERSHIP. (For example, if you were a student member for 3 years, you'll receive a $15 discount on your first year of full membership.)
Life Member
NO annual dues
Life membership is available for those who are either: a) At least 65 years old and have held voting membership for five consecutive years immediately prior to 65th birthday; or b) Retired from the field of Speech Language or Audiology and have held voting membership for five consecutive years immediately prior to retirement.
