Non-Profit and Non-Industry Exhibitors - $60
This special rate for our non-profit partners and non-industry exhibitors includes a table, 2 chairs and electricity upon request.

- For-profit exhibitors must donate a door prize with a minimum value of $50
Event Sponsor - $400
Enjoy face-to-face time with your target audience: Oklahoma's licensed SLP/As and AUD/As. Includes a table, 2 chairs and electricity upon request.

Digital Advertising Opportunities:
Pre-Conference Email Blast to OSHA database - $175
Your company logo and information will be advertised at the top of a pre-conference blast email. This email will be sent to over 2,600 Oklahoma SLP/As and AuD/As
Digital Ad on Conference Landing Page - $115
Run an ad specific to your company on the conference website for the duration of the conference registration period

\We expect more than 200 attendees. This is an excellent opportunity to get your business name out there!
Conference Bag Insert - $100
Provide printed company brochures/inserts to a wide audience of SLPs and Audiologists. Your materials will be placed inside attendee swag bags. Must receive by September 15th, 2023.
Swag Partner - no charge
- Useful items that promote your company info/logo may be eligible to be included in our attendee swag bags.
- Examples include pens, highlighters, hand sanitizer, water bottles, tote bags, etc. We're open to your ideas!
